7+ years of experience in HVAC estimating, with a focus on Design-Build/Design-Assist projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, technical codes, and industry standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Experience with estimating software and tools (e.g., Trimble, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
