We seek a Construction Superintendent with experience in residential multi-family construction for our fastly growing West Hollywood and vicinity markets. We are a privately held and fast-growing multi-family development/ building company experiencing significant growth

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all phases of day-to-day job site construction and adhere to all job site safety regulations, including OSHA safety compliance.
- Effective communication with the Project Manager regarding any performance issues, events, and daily progress.
- Monitor and manage all staff and subcontractors on site.
- Manage and maintain construction schedule to ensure that work is performed according to the contract documents and provide weekly updates.
- Ability to understand and follow multi-family apartment construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and warranty standards.
- Ensure that as-built working drawings, current drawings logs, and revision logs are maintained and communicate these to the subcontractors.
- Responsible for coordinating inspections, completing daily reports, verify material delivery quantities, revisions and red-line plan modifications.
- Capable of communicating with the upper management team on construction progress, effectively communicating construction techniques to improve current methods, as well as communicating matters pertaining to materials, scheduling, and personnel.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 7 years experience as a Superintendent in construction for multi-family projects.

- Knowledge of multi-family industry, construction principles, practices, and codes for residential construction.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong abilities with Excel, Word, MS Project and/or other project management software.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- OSHA Certified, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
