Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Search Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our digital marketing strategy through effective management of paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and a passion for optimizing campaigns to achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid search strategies that align with our overall business goals.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Local Service Ads, Social Media, and Video.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize budgets and improve ROI.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new opportunities for growth within the e-commerce space.
- Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and modern reporting systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on media planning to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search management.
- Strong understanding of campaign management principles and budgeting practices.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Local Service Ads, Attribution, UTMs, Reporting, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience with lead generation marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Excellent research skills to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting software to track campaign effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
