Electrical Estimator & Project Manager (Residential)

The Position
This Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Electrification design, proposals and providing solutions that meet our customer needs related to Residential EV Charging Stations, whole house re-wire, lighting and general electrical work.
- Attend pre-bid site walks, documenting site conditions for use in developing scope of work and accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed listing of materials and equipment items for the estimate and obtain vendor quotes
- Evaluate potential areas for value engineering cost savings and create submittal packages for our Permitting & Inspection teams.
- Interacting with customers both on-site, over the phone and through email to facilitate the sale of each project ensuring a positive Customer Experience.
- Ensure timely completion of cost estimates and meets deadlines
- Project and customer follow up from initial point of contact through final inspection.
- Acting as a liaison between the customer, office, field personnel, and management.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pre-existing EVSE Electrical Estimating and knowledge is preferred but not required for the right individual.
- Pre-existing Electrical knowledge is required.
- High level knowledge of the NEC and electrical systems
- Must possess a strong work ethic, organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize projects and goals to increase throughput
- Collaborative, professional approach to building positive relationships with our current team and clients.
- Proficient use of computers and the ability to adapt in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to travel as needed. Our Region of Service extends from Monterey, CA to the Oregon border
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
