Job Title: Western Regional Sales Support Technical Liaison
Overview:
We are looking for a driven and versatile Marketing Communications Specialist to lead marketing initiatives and campaigns with minimal supervision. Based in the Bay Area, this role will be key to enhancing our visibility, managing marketing channels, and driving engagement through events and digital platforms. The MARCOM Specialist will focus on the semiconductor industry and support efforts across various divisions, reporting directly to the Director of Global Sales & Marketing.
Essential Job Functions of the Position:
- Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
- Digital Presence: Grow and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute, and track email campaigns, leveraging tools like Zoho to manage campaigns and customer outreach.
- Event Planning: Take ownership of planning and coordinating participation in industry events such as IMS, OFC, and others, ensuring the company’s brand is well-represented.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials, including videos, articles, and promotional collateral.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure the performance of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain alignment with the company’s brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Employment Requirements:
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B or technical industries. Familiarity with the semiconductor or technology sector is highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above degree from an accredited university. Relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or related fields can substitute for formal education.
- Skills: Ability to use advanced Microsoft Office programs, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc. Good verbal and presentation skills, effective communication skills; Event Management, strong organizational skills and experience planning, managing, and promoting events.
- Digital Tools: Experience with marketing platforms such as Zoho or similar tools is preferred. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance is a plus.
- Language ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Essential Abilities: Fast learner, team player, problem solver & can work independently without supervision; Self-Driven, Proven ability to manage projects independently, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
- Job Type: Full time
- Hours: Normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Weekends and overnight work may be required based upon customer/company requirements at any specific time.
- Travel: Requiring some travel (1-2 per quarter). Weekend and overnight travel will be required based upon customer requirements and company needs. Attending trade shows and technical conferences as needed.
