Location: On-site in Glendale, CA. You’ll work from a centrally located Los Angeles–area office, easily commutable from Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Alhambra, and nearby communities.
Note: You must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, have at least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience, and be able to work on-site full-time in Glendale with some travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, and case needs.

Job Description
- Handle all phases of personal injury cases, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation
- Draft and prepare complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations and settlement conferences as opportunities arise
- Develop and execute legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
- Communicate regularly with clients, experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to move cases forward
- Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trial
- Collaborate with a team of case managers, paralegals, and support staff to keep cases organized and on track
- Bring a team-oriented, solutions-focused attitude to the PI litigation group and broader office
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- At least 1–3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and handling personal injury cases through litigation phases
- Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with confidence in court and at depositions (or a clear desire to build those skills)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy caseload, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel within California as needed for hearings, depos, and case matters
