Job description
PADCOM Design & Construction Management Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager III - Technology (PMIS) to support a major Southern California community college district capital bond program. This is a contract position through a pre-qualified professional services bench.
The PMIS Project Manager leads the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise Project Management Information Systems supporting a large-scale capital improvement program. The role serves as Owner's Representative and primary liaison between executive leadership, PMO, IT, Finance, contractors, and consultants. A central focus is leading the transition from a legacy PMIS platform (Proliance) to Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder), including data migration, accounting and invoicing workflow integration with Deltek Costpoint, UAT coordination, training delivery, and post go-live support.
Responsibilities
