YOU
As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing order desk practices and personnel (Customer Service Representatives) to provide optimum service to customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Lead, motivate and direct employees using effective performance management techniques, including establishing expectations and goals, providing recognition and feedback, and addressing performance problems. Coach, encourage, and develop employees according to their unique interests and strengths. Empower employees to take responsibility for their career and performance. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback. Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members and the organization. Handle employee and customer complaints and grievances. (50%)
Manage the order desk operations team and support business objectives. Interview, select, and train employees per department procedures. Plan and coordinate employee work schedules and approve timecards. Monitor workflow and phone call data to ensure calls are answered in a timely manner. (30%)
Ensure SOX and ISO requirements are met. Also, ensure the accuracy of orders, formulate, and implement corrective actions as necessary. (10%)
Provide timely reports and complete additional tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager. (10%)
Desired Skills And Experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of related experience required.
- 2 years of managing a team preferred.
- Communication: Ability to be attentive and listen to others. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized and convincing manner for the intended audience.
- Customer Focus: ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems. Ability to understand the overall process of SST including the ordering process, production, inventory control process, field involvement of customer pricing, how products are displayed, and the customer-to-rep relationship.
- Personal Effectiveness: Ability to address issues in an open, constructive, professional manner. Ability to lead by example and set standards. Ability to display a positive attitude about the work being done.
- Relationship Building: Ability to maintain an open, approachable manner and to treat others with respect.
- Teamwork: Ability to building and sustain cooperative working relationships. Ability to recognize strengths and contributions of others. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

PAY
$68500 - $109600 / year
