YOU
As the Supervisor of Maintenance, you will lead the Maintenance team by prioritizing, investigating, and executing maintenance and repair of all production and facilities equipment in the branch, in order to increase manufacturing and warehouse capacity, capabilities, and efficiencies.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Planning and prioritizing department work (40%):
- Work with the Production, Warehouse, and Lean departments to seek opportunities where efficiency improvements can be made by adding, and/or modifying equipment or technology into existing manufacturing or warehouse processes.
- developing and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement reliability plans that support increasing the uptime of the facility and production equipment, including but not limited to: Facilities and grounds, equipment/machines and janitorial departments.
- Develop and maintain preventative and predictive (CMMS) maintenance programs including inventory of purchased parts; ensures technical documentation (M/C) and development of maintenance requirements for new equipment is maintained; direct the use of the maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Plan daily maintenance of equipment. Develops and maintains preventative maintenance programs with proper schedule turn time.
- Assign work to team and distribute planned work as needed to support customer demand and operational needs.
- Ensure work is completed and review work order completion for maintenance, repairs and modifications to equipment and facility.
- Develop maintenance programs; conduct inspections; recommend equipment modifications, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Establish, prioritize, and maintain all maintenance records, equipment warranties, and inventory of maintenance related assets.
- Maintain plant certifications, permits and inspections of equipment.
Project Management (30%):
- Lead negotiations to effectively control costs within projects.
- Effectively implement capital, maintenance and repair projects correctly and on time, supported by qualitative feedback from key stakeholders.
- Proactively ensure contractors are effectively inducted and adhering to internal and external compliance requirements.
- Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout during project implementation to ensure they are aware and informed of relevant progress.
- Lead success measures and department A3 meetings.
Lead, motivate and direct employees using effective performance management techniques, including establishing expectations and goals, providing recognition and feedback, and addressing performance problems. Coach, encourage, and develop employees according to their unique interests and strengths. Empower employees to take responsibility for their career and performance. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback. Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members and the organization. (25%)

Desired Skills And Experience
If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- Technician Certification, Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent on the job training required
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI configuration and programming in industrial high voltage electrical maintenance required.
- 2 years managing others required
- 3 years managing large scale capital projects involving discovery and implementation of new technologies and equipment required.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications required.
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and various controls/automation software. required
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems in an industrial environment required.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment required.
Travel Required
This job requires 5% domestic travel.

This full-time, exempt position is located in Stockton, CA.

PAY
$ 77200 – $123500 / Year
