Basic Responsibilities:
Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate staff members. Create detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Office or other designated software. Run office errands as needed, such as bank deposits or picking up supplies. Sort and scan incoming mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Maintain organized filing systems for documents, both physical and digital. Assist with filing claims and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Set up and manage CRM files, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Compile proof of loss packages for insurance claims, adhering to company guidelines
Requirements:
Capable and quick to learn new tasks and processes. A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues. Upholds high ethical standards in all aspects of work. Exceptional multitasking abilities, able to manage various responsibilities efficiently. Must have a reliable vehicle for office errands. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with good energy to contribute to a productive work environment. Prior experience in office administration, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Candidate must have a reliable vehicle.
